In the name of the Villa Domingo Elementary School Family, through the Project Piso Para sa Bata Bawat Piso Mahalaga of Mrs. Novie C. Bacton and the full support of the school personnels in collaboration with the 2000 Project of Elizabeth Q. Zapanta-Dispo and Phoenix Phil-Am Lions Club headed by President Angelina Radau.
A project to procure printers, inks and bondpapers needed for the on going modality of learning came to realize.
